ABOUT ME

Hi, my name’s Skittles & I came into the care of the rescue with my siblings after being surrendered. Thankfully the rescue was contacted who wasted no time in finding a suitable foster carer who was able to provide a safe and loving environment for our mother to raise us in- and what a great job she’s done!

Pops of colour, flavour and fragrance… the rainbow could be yours. Like the sugar candied confectionary I have been aptly named after, I have a truly unique assortment of personality flavours. With a tough outer shell exterior, I am a determined, cuious little girl who can certainly hold my own no matter how rough the territory of some of my sibling play sessions. Underneath my tough exterior reveals a sweet, soft and delicate interior. Up for a cuddle? I'm there. Yep, that's me. A cuddler. I'm the kinda girl that will find a space, any space to curl myself up into. Oh and as for my timing? Yep, It's usually pretty terrible. When you are on the toilet, trying to get changed, trying to work, trying to prepare dinner.... trying to eat your dinner.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? I can initially be wary of strangers so will need a quiet and patient home willing to give me plenty of time to adjust. Cats? Yassss! Sign me up! Don’t have a feline friend for me? That’s ok… Maybe I don’t like sharing my human/s. Dogs? Currently in care with doggies and have adapted well to their company.  Children? I am great with children, however would prefer a home without children under the age of 3.

ADOPTION PACKAGE

Adoption fee is $400 which covers 1st vaccination, de-sexing, microchip, worming, flea treatment and vet check. Animals are ready for their forever homes typically once they reach 9 weeks of age and vet work has been completed. Please note* adoption fees do not cover microchip transfer costs. This can be obtained from the lovely SAM team upon request.
