We want every order to leave you smiling. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to make it right. If a received product is faulty or damaged, we'll arrange a replacement, or refund.
We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, or have made the wrong purchase choice — so please check all the details before ordering.
If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it to: info@savinganimalsmatters.org.au with your order number, a short note about what’s wrong, and a photo of the issue. We’ll endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
Items should be sent back in their original packaging (unless they've arrived damaged). SAM does not cover return postage costs.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Banks and payment platforms may take a few business days to complete it (this is out of out control).
