ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Harlow (previously Sox) & I sadly found myself homeless due to a change in living circumstances of my previous owner. Thankfully the rescue was contacted, who wasted no time in finding me a suitable foster-carer willing (and able) to take me in. I have since made the move to PetCity Canningvale where I hope to have lots of adoption exposure. I am super excited at the prospect that my special forever home may not be too far away!

While I might look a bit like a ‘deer caught in headlights’ in my profile pic, I'm actually a fairly confident and affectionate kittie..... One could class me as a ‘smoocher’. What’s a smoocher you ask? A kittie that absolutely adores the company of their human counterparts. The sort of kittie that seeks every opportunity to have a snuggle on a lap, arm, shoulder.... whatever’s going really. Any what is said kittie doesn’t get their snuggles? Well, you best be prepared to hear about it. 

 

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? While I'm for the most part a playful and affectionate kitty, I can be wary of strangers. For this reason, I'm seeking a patient and understanding home that'll give me plenty of time to settle in. Cats? I've previously bunked with another kitty however, this kitty wasn't all that keen' on my playful antics. I do enjoy the company of other cats but will do best with another kitty of similar age and energy. Dogs? While I haven't been tested with pooches, I may adapt to their company providing introductions are done with care and consideration. Children? I'll adapt to a home with children as long as I'm given time 'to chill' when needed (preferably no children under the age of 3).

ADOPTION PACKAGE

Adoption fee is $200 which covers 1st vaccination, de-sexing, microchip, worming, flea treatment and vet check. Animals are ready for their forever homes typically once they reach 9 weeks of age and vet work has been completed. Please note* adoption fees do not cover microchip transfer costs. This can be obtained from the lovely SAM team upon request.
