Hi, my name's Sherbet & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless in a local pound in my mumma's belly. The pound reached out to the rescue, who were able to secure foster care placement for us.

With a name like Sherbet, you’d probably expect me to be sweet, a little fizzy and packed with personality... and you’d be spot on! I’m a confident, affectionate little lad who absolutely adores people. If there’s a lap available, I’ll find it. If you’re sitting down, I’ll be there. And if you happen to be giving your attention to someone else? Don’t worry, I’ll politely... or perhaps not-so-politely... remind you that your priorities are all wrong and I should clearly be the centre of attention. When I’m not busy charming my humans, you’ll find me racing around, chasing toys and turning everyday objects into exciting adventures. I’ve got a playful streak a mile wide and love a good game, especially when one of my siblings is willing to join in the fun.
Of course, even a fizzy little Sherbet eventually runs out of bubbles. Once I’ve exhausted myself, my snuggly side takes over and I’ll happily curl up with my humans, soak up all the cuddles and purr myself to sleep.
Sweet, bubbly and with just the right amount of fizz... I’m one little Sherbet who’ll add plenty of flavour to your life!

So what sort of home will I suit? Just about any home looking for a kitten full of personality, affection, and fun. Be warned though… I have a way of making myself completely irresistible. Don’t say I didn’t warn you when I steal your heart… and possibly your man too. Cats? I really do love the company of other kitties but, the great thing is, I'm not solely dependent on their company. So what does this mean? It means I'll adapt well to a home with another kittie or too, but will also do just fine in a home without them. Dogs? Absolutely! Children? I'm great with children, however would prefer a home without youngsters (ages 3+).
