Hi, my name's Percy & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless in a local pound. The pound reached out to the rescue, who were able to secure foster care placement for me.

Percy Jackson? More like Percy Hide-son… at least for now. I’m a sweet but shy little guy who likes to take things slowly. I love playing with my siblings and joining in the fun once I feel safe, but people can still be a little scary for me. You can pat me, though sudden movements can make me jumpy.

I’m not reactive to the dog in my foster room (even without direct contact) and I haven’t met other cats yet.
What I really need is a patient family who’ll let me build confidence at my own pace. I may be shy now, but I think there’s a very special little kitten hiding underneath.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? One that's seeking a companion kitty. Cats? Yes! Dogs? Yes! Children? Due to my relaxed personality, I’ll suit a home with children who are respectful of my space (ages 3+).
