Hi, my name's Oscar & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless, at a local pound. Thankfully the rescue found a wonderful carer who was able to take me in.

I'm a sweet boy with a relaxed purrsonality. Yep.... I purr like a motor and am happiest perched on a chest with plenty of head scratches. I’m a certified smoocher- the kind of kitty who absolutely adores her humans and will seize any opportunity for a cuddle on a lap, arm, shoulder… whatever’s available. And if my affection quota isn’t met? Expect gentle (and not-so-gentle) reminders in the form of meows, head boops, tail flicks, weaving between your legs, and the occasional dramatic protest (items may be knocked). When I’m not glowing in the spotlight of human attention, you’ll find me happily playing with my siblings until it’s cuddle time again.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? I can be wary of strangers, which means I'll need a patient and undrstanding home. Cats? Absolutely, however slow and considered introductions will be needed. Dogs? Same deelio as cats. Children? I'll do great in a home with kidlets who're respectful of my space (ages 5+).
