Hi, my name's Melody & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless at a local pound. The pound reached out to the rescue, who were able to secure foster care placement for me.

I'm a sweet-natured little tuxedo lass with plenty of love to give, I just like to take my time getting to know you first. New people can make me a little cautious, so I prefer to find my rhythm and make sure I feel safe before giving away my heart. But give me some patience and kindness, and you'll soon discover just how affectionate and friendly I really am. Once I trust you, my loving side really starts to sing. I enjoy gentle attention, spending time with my humans, and soaking up all the affection that comes my way.

I'm simply looking for someone who understands that the sweetest relationships sometimes take a little time to develop. Give me the chance to find my rhythm, and I might just become the sweetest little Melody in your life.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? To be honest, I'll slot in just about anywhere. Cats? Yes! Dogs? Absolutely! Children? I’m great with children however, would prefer a home without youngsters (ages 3+).
