About Me

Hi, my name's Megsy & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless, at a local vet. Thankfully the rescue found a wonderful carer who was able to take me in.

I'm a sweet-natured lass with a heart full of love, just waiting for the right family to share it with. Spending time with my humans is one of my favourite things, and if there's a lap available, you can bet I'll be curled up on it before you know it! I like to keep a close eye on my people too... especially in the mornings when breakfast is involved. A girl's got priorities, after all!

I should probably disclose that I'm also quite the chatterbox! Whether I'm following you around the house, reminding you it's mealtime, or simply telling you all about my day, I'll happily keep the conversation going with my sweet little meows.

Afternoons are best spent soaking up the sunshine from my favourite window, keeping watch over the world outside. Then, when evening rolls around, you'll find me right back with my humans on the couch, ready for cuddles and the next Netflix binge. Just don't expect to have much personal space... I take my role as professional snuggle buddy very seriously!

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? A home seeking a companion kitty! Cats? I haven't been formally tested with other kitties, so the rescue can't say for certain whether I'd adapt to the company of another kitty. Dogs? Same deelio as cats. Children? I'll do ok in a home with older, low energy kidlets that are able to give me space when it's needed (ages 3+).
