About Me

Hi, my name's Mazikeen & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless, scared, at a local pound. Thankfully the rescue found a wonderful carer who was able to take me in.

I sadly didn’t have the best start to life and didn’t get to do all the fun things you’re supposed to do as a tiny kitten. When my foster mum saw me in the pound scared, alone and covered with fleas she knew couldn’t walk away from me or my brother Maximus and took us straight home without a second thought.

The first few days were very scary I’ll admit, but something about this strange new place seemed safe. After a short time, I’m now able to be patted, I always come running for food (dine creamy treats are my favourite please!) and I love to adventure around the house with my other kitty friends and a couple of dogs too that I have now learned make pretty cool companions! But my absolute favourite thing in the world is TOYS!! I don’t know how I went so long without them. I can chase my wand toy all day long, and if I manage to catch it I don’t let go easily and will give you a solid game of tug-o-war!

I’m sorry that I can’t be picked up and cuddled just yet, I still need some more time, but please don’t overlook me because of this. I know I’ll get there one day, and I still love your company and will follow you around the house just to see what you’re up to. My perfect home would have another kitty friend for company that I can learn from, maybe even with my brother Maximus would be amazing! I hope that perfect home for me exists.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? I'm seeking a patient and understanding home that will give me plenty of time to adjust to all the change that comes with an adoption. Cats? I enjoy the company of other kitties and will do well in a home with an existing kittie or 2! Dogs? Yes! Children? Being a quieter kitten, I'd prefer a home without young children (ages 8+).

Adoption Package

Adoption fee is $550 which covers 1st vaccination, de-sexing, microchip, worming, flea treatment and vet check.
