About Me
Hi, my name's Maple & I came into the care of the rescue with my kittens finding myself homeless in a shopping back, dumped at a vet clinic. Thankfully the rescue was contacted who wasted no time in finding a suitable foster carer who was able to take us in!
After being left at a vet clinic in a shopping bag with my 5 newborn kittens (yes, you sadly read that correctly) I was left scared and confused with a family to raise. Luckily for me and my kittens we didn’t have to wait very long and found ourselves in a loving foster home.
Now that my kittens are all grown up, it’s time for me to find my own happily ever after. Now this next part is important so please read carefully. When you come to meet me I will be cautious of you. People haven’t always been kind to me so I need to know that I can trust you. Once I do, I promise you that I will be the most perfect kitty that you could ever imagine bringing into your home! I love being snuggled with on the couch, and will roll all over the floor at your feet for pats and belly rubs…yes that’s right I’m actually a cat that enjoys some tummy tickles!! I’m also a big kittens myself and enjoy a good play with toys when I’m in the mood for some fun. I get along well with other cats, dogs and even kids…don’t I just sound like the perfect companion?
So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? I'm in need of a patient and understanding adopter that will give me plenty of time to adjust to my new home. Cats? I enjoy the company of other kitties and will do well in a home with an existing kitty or 2! Dogs? Yes! Children? Being a quieter kitten, I'd prefer a home with-out young children (ages 5+).
