About Me
Hi, my name's Liquorice & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless, at a local pound. Thankfully the rescue found a wonderful carer who was able to take me in.
For those who haven't followed my story on social media, let me introduce myself formally. I'm the one-eyed wonder with the BIG personality. Succumbing to a severe eye infection causing my eye to burst, I not only required extensive surgery to remove the offending eye, but, I became a frequent flyer at the vet! Many trips later... I’ve recovered beautifully and it hasn’t slowed me down one bit. I’m adjusting like a champ and living life at full speed.
I’m confident, curious and absolutely full of energy. I turn homes into obstacle courses, zoom from room to room, and if I want your attention? Trust me… you’ll know. Head boops, toe nibbles, shoulder perching- I’m not subtle.
I’ll need a home that understands my lively spirit and can keep me stimulated and entertained. In return, I promise endless laughs, affection, and a whole lot of personality.
So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? Just about anywhere! Cats? I’m a fairly independent kitten so while I do enjoy the company of other kitties, I’ll be just fine without them. Dogs? I'm great with dogs! Children? As I play quite rough (using quite a lot of claw), I'm not suited to young children (ages 10+). Special note? I'll need an adopter that's accomodating of my condition. There may be the need (from time to time) to make adjustments for me, to assist with every day activities (as I don't have the visibility of a "normal" kitty).
Adoption Package
