About Me
Hi, my name's Jezzie & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless in a local pound. Despite being a loyal, loving companion for over 5 years, my owner came into the position of being unable to care for my any longer. Family stepped in and were left with no options but to surrender me to a local pound. Rangers immediately called the rescue.... and the rest was history!
I'm a cool sorta customer that enjoys a spot of bird watching by my fav window in the arvo's & snuggling on a warm lap in the evenings. While it can take me a bit of time to come out of my shell, once I'm comfortable in an environment and have determined whether my company is A-OK, you’ll notice that I become VERY affectionate. The sort of affection that you’ll either think is ace, or, find particularly irritating. Yep, THAT sorta level of affection. Yes, LOTS of affection.
So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? My relaxed personality makes me a great adoption candidate for a variety of homes. Cats? I've been introduced to a number of kitties and have adapted well to their company. Dogs? Same deelio as cats... Careful introductions is key! Children? I'll be ok with children that are respectful of my space (ages 3+).
Adoption Package
Adoption fee is $250 which covers 1st vaccination, de-sexing, microchip, worming, flea treatment and vet check. Animals are ready for their forever homes typically once they reach 9 weeks of age and vet work has been completed. Please note* adoption fees do not cover microchip transfer costs. This can be obtained from the lovely SAM team upon request.

It is through this thorough process, that we can give both the rescued animals and their new human companions the best chance at a happy and fulfilling life together.
