About Me

Hi, my name’s Dory & I came into the care of the rescue after finding myself homeless and scared at a local pound. Thankfully the rescue found a wonderful carer who was able to take me in.

I believe in one very important philosophy: just keep snuggling. I'm a sweet-natured, ridiculously affectionate little lady who relishes the company of my humans. I'm the kind of kitty who'll find a space... any space, really and happily mosey my way into it. My timing? Terrible. Need to work? I need cuddles. Making dinner? I need attention. Doing something remotely important? You guessed it... I need you. And if my demands for affection go unanswered? Don't worry, I'll make sure you hear about it.

Life with me is simple: just keep cuddling, just keep cuddling...

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? I'll slot in just about anywhere! Cats? I'm currently in care with other kitties and have adapted fabulously to their company. The rescue therefore feels I would best suit a home with another confident kitty for company- that doesn't mind engaging in some rough and tumble. No other feline friends? That's ok, I will also do great with someone who doesn't work long hours. Dogs? I'm currently in care with a dog and enjoy their company. Children? Will be ok with kidlets who are respectful of my space (ages 3+).
