Now taking expressions of interest! Hi my name is Starlight & I came into care with my siblings. Our mother is being desexed free by the rescue, so we will be her last litter.

"Star light, star bright,

First star I see tonight,

I wish I may, I wish I might,

Have this wish I wish tonight" *anonymous

I am a sweet-natured little girl who is patiently waiting for a special home to call my own. All my litter mates have since been adopted however, each night I wish upon a star that it might just be my turn next.

I am an absolute smooch that relishes in the company of my human counter-parts and when the opportunity presents to jump on someones lap and have a cuddle- I'll take that opportunity without a second thought! In the mornings you can generally find me shadowing the humans in search of a meal (and of course cuddles)... In the afternoons I like to engage in a spot of bird watching by my favourite window.... In the evenings I'll retire to the couch gazing longingly at the humans for their company -AND- they always give in!

A cat social kitten, I love to play and explore with my foster siblings and if there is a game of rugby or chasey in the mix, I'm all about it. The rescue therefore thinks I will adapt well to a home with an existing kittie (or 2!) with slow introductions. Don't have another kittie? That is A-OK as I have previously lived with doggies too!

If you think you can make my wish come true and give me the forever home I deserve, please drop the S.A.M. team a line.

Adoption fee is $450 and covers 1st vaccination, de-sexing, microchip, worming, flea treatment and vet check. Animals are ready for their forever homes typically once they reach 9 weeks of age and vet work has been completed. Please note* adoption fees do not cover microchip transfer costs. This can be obtained from the lovely SAM team upon request.

Here at Saving Animals Matters, we pride ourselves on matching each individual animal to the most suitable and compatible homes for them. It is through this thorough process that we can give both the rescued animals and their new human companions the best chance at a happy and fulfilling life together.
