About Me
Hi, my name's Simsim & I came into the care of the rescue after being surrendered by my previous owner. Thankfully the rescue found a wonderful carer who was able to take me in.
I'm a cool sorta customer that enjoys a spot of bird watching by my fav window in the arvo's & snuggling on a warm lap in the evenings. While it can take me a bit of time to come out of my shell, once I'm comfortable in an environment and have determined whether my company is A-OK, you’ll notice that I become VERY affectionate. The sort of affection that you’ll either think is ace, or, find particularly irritating. Yep, THAT sorta level of affection. Yes, LOTS of affection.
So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? My relaxed personality makes me a great adoption candidate for a variety of homes. Cats? I've previously bunked with another kitty and adapted well to their company. The rescue therefore think I'll adapt to another kitty providing introductions are done with care and consideration. Dogs? Same deelio as cats... Careful introductions is key! Children? I'll be ok with children that are respectful of my space (ages 5+).
Adoption Package
Adoption fee is $450 which covers 1st vaccination, de-sexing, microchip, worming, flea treatment and vet check. Animals are ready for their forever homes typically once they reach 9 weeks of age and vet work has been completed. Please note* adoption fees do not cover microchip transfer costs. This can be obtained from the lovely SAM team upon request.

Here at Saving Animals Matters, we pride ourselves on matching each individual animal to the most suitable and compatible home for them. It is through this thorough process, that we can give both the rescued animals and their new human companions the best chance at a happy and fulfilling life together.

9am- 5pm Monday to Friday
