Dusty SK6094

ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Dusty & I came into the care of the rescue at just 3 weeks after being surrendered with my siblings to a local vet. We were without a mother & in need of an experienced foster carer willing to take undertake the arduous task of hand-raising us.  Thankfully the rescue was able to find someone & there-forward our new chapter would begin.

I am a sweet-natured, affectionate young boy that relishes in the company of my human counterparts. I really do enjoy a snuggle. Yep, that’s me. A snuggler. I’m the kinda fella that will find a space, any space really to mozie my way on into. As for my timing? I think you know that answer to that: Terrible. You should expect that every moment that’s taken to do something important, I’ll be there... demanding your attention. If I don’t get your attention? Well, you best be prepared to hear about it.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? To be honest, I’m pretty much a ‘one size fits all’ sorta’ kittie. Cats? Not only have I lived with other kitties before, but have also been introduced to a number of different cats in foster care- proving to be non reactive in their company (note* care and consideration will need to be taken with any kittie introduction). Dogs? The great thing about the foster care system is our foster pawrents are able to test us with a bunch of different things.... This allows the rescue figure out what we 'would' and 'wouldn't' suit. I have had limited interactions with doggies but so far, have been relatively non-reaction. What does this mean? Well, it means I will adapt well to a home with another doggie -BUT- may be a bit hissy upon our our initial introduction. Children? My relaxed personality makes me a great adoption candidate for a family environment. I will be fine with kidlets who are respectful of my space.... and give me time to ‘chill’ when needed.
