Cutie NC1142

Hi my name is Cutie & I sadly found myself homeless with another kittie. Thankfully the rescue was contacted, wasting no time in finding a suitable foster carer willing to take me in. Being fairly timid, it took me considerable time to adjust to the home transition. My dedicated carer was unfazed, giving me the time I needed to decompress.

I have made incredible progress in the short time I have been in foster care- and this can be attributed to love and care my foster mum has provided. I have certainly come a long way from my ultra timid former self... a long way indeed! I've learnt that people mean me no harm, and their attention and affectionssss can actually be great! I now enjoy pats and enjoy being cuddled. In-fact, in the evenings I will crawl under the blankets of my pawrents bed and snuggle into them. If I'm not under their blankets, you will generally find me enveloped around one of their heads or neck! While I am for the most part a much more confident kittie than what I once was, it can take me a bit of time to come out of my shell .... but if you are patient with me, you will see just how affectionate I can be. I have a whole-lotta potential, we just need an adopter with patience.

So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? Change can be pretty scary for me and there is a whole lotta' change involved with the adoption process; meeting new people at meet and greets, moving into a new home, adjusting to a new routine, learning to trust my adopters, adjusting to new sounds & smells... to name a few. I am seeking a quiet and patient home that will show me understanding and give me plenty of time to adjust to my new home. I will need someone willing and able to continue working on my confidence- slow is my speed. Cats? I LOVE LOVE LOVE the company of other cats and would be STOKED if I found a home with another kittie to hang out with. Dogs? I haven't met a pooch before so would best suit a home without any dogs. Kids? I am not suited to a home with young, boisterous children however....  will be ok with kidlets who are respectful of my space.

If I sound like I could be the one for you, please do apply to adopt me.
