Hi my name is Chandon & I came into the care of the rescue with my siblings after being surrendered with our mother. Thankfully the rescue was contacted who wasted no time in finding a suitable foster carer who was able to provide a safe and loving environment for our mother to raise us in- and what a great job she's done!
I mean just look at me.... I'm a vision of absolute purrrfection. From my sparkling teal coloured eyes to my white coat adorned with grey. I am utterly divine. If all of the above doesn't do things for you,re well, you're about to hear all about my equally impressive personality. I am an absolute smooch. I redefine the definition of a smooch. I relish in the company of my human-counterparts and you can bet if there's space on a lap to curl up on, I'll be there in the blink of an eye. If there isn't space? I'll make space. Yes, I'm that kinda kitty cat. Not only am I affectionate, but I'm playful and curious too! I love engaging in a spot of exploration with my siblings. We make it our personal mission to explore every nook 'n' cranny of ANY and EVERY space. All acquired contraband is then collated and stashed for safe keeping.... when we might need those things, later.
Disclaimer: As my name may suggest, I enjoy the finer things in life... expensive food, bottled spring water, a soft bed in every room of the house and loads of attention from the humans. I demand these things.... I will get these things -AND- if I don't, you can best believe you'll be hearing about it. If you're able to provide these things- we won't have a problem.
So now the important stuff. What sort of home will I suit? I'm a social butterfly who would really benefit from the company of another cat. Dogs? The great thing about the foster care system is our foster pawrents are able to test us with a bunch of different things.... This allows the rescue figure out what we 'would' and 'wouldn't' suit. I have had limited interactions with doggies but so far, have been relatively non-reaction. What does this mean? Well, it means I will adapt well to a home with another doggie -BUT- may be a bit hissy upon our our initial introduction. Children? I'll do ok with children as long as they give me time 'to chill' when I need it (preferably no children under the age of 3).
